Gentle Morning Yoga: M,F 7:00-7:45 AM
Silver Yoga: M,W 9:00-10:00 AM
Our fitness room is equipped with a 55" TV loaded with thousands of fitness classes of all types and levels.
We are proud to present our brand new treadmill and stationary bike. Both are linked to classes for all abilities.
If weights are more your style, we have a brand new smith-combo machine, curl bar and wide range of free weights.
Upon purchase of a membership, you will be provided with a keycode to the fitness room door allowing you access to 24/7 fitness and yoga!
You will also be provided a calendar app to schedule the room in advance to ensure your favorite exercise time and machine is available!
Tai Chi with Marie
Tuesday & Thursday 9-10am and 4-5:15 PM
The movements are low-impact, slow, fluid, and suitable for men and women of any age.
